Shipping policy

The production of a Zhinh piece does not stop at the creation of the garment itself, as each piece is carefully prepared and intentionally packed with love before shipping it out to its new home.

RTS: If you have ordered an RTS (ready-to-ship) piece, please allow 1 week for it to ship. Sometimes it will take up to 1.5 weeks depending on the size of the shop release because there will be many orders to ship and the packing takes a lot of craft, care, and intention.

MTO: If you have ordered from an MTO release (made-to-order), refer to the FAQ page to see how long an MTO piece might take before the shipping out date and/or the given estimated ship-out date of the MTO piece that you purchased.
